We currently deliver all over India to serviceable pin codes. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town, we’ve got you covered.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order in real time.

• Metro Cities: 4-7 working days
• Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 working days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen events like weather delays.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Delivery Issues

• If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and email us within 24 hours.
• For missed deliveries, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us.

Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate. Brolah is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
