Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hours of placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return or exchange after delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email within the 48-hour window.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 72 hours of delivery for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
Products must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Wrong or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, you must notify us immediately upon delivery via [email/phone/chat], and no later than 24 hours from receipt.

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items delivered.
